Why is my transfer status "requires action"?
A "Requires Action" transfer status means that we could not confirm receipt of your funds. In cases like this, we present you with 3 options and require you to let us know if you have made payment by selecting the option that applies to your transfer.
Depending on the option you select, your transfer status will be updated as well.
I've paid - Reported
I've not paid - Cancelled
I want a refund - Pending Refund
