Why is my transfer taking too long?

The delivery timelines for transfers vary depending on the delivery method you've chosen. If your transaction is taking too long, it may be due to any of the following reasons:

  • Your recipient's bank is unavailable at the time of delivering the funds. We will keep trying to deliver the funds.

  • The amount you sent exceeds the limit on the receiving account. Always confirm with your recipient the funding limit on their account.

  • You picked the wrong delivery method for your transfer. If you made a mistake with the delivery method, please reach out to Support immediately here.

  • You entered the wrong account details. If you made a mistake with your recipient’s information, please reach out to Support immediately here.

I sent funds to a wrong account

If you have made a mistake by sending funds to the wrong account, please do the following and let us know once you're done by contacting us here and we would process the transfer to the updated account.

  • Go to the recipient's page.

  • EDIT the recipient information and enter the correct account details.

  • Click on "save" to update the recipient's information and contact us here once this is done.

Note: Successful transfers cannot be canceled/reversed as the funds have been delivered to the recipient. However, we would make all efforts to recover your funds at all times.
