Why is my transfer status "reported"?

A "Reported" transfer status means that you informed us that you made payment for your transfer by selecting the "I've paid" button. If we can confirm that we received your funds, we will process your transfer to your recipient.

Please note that if we do not receive your funds, the request to process your transfer will be declined and the transfer status will be updated as "Failed". We advise that you engage your financial institution for a reversal If you were debited for the transfer.
