Why is my transfer status "pending refund"?

A "Pending Refund" transfer status means that a review is currently ongoing to confirm that we received your funds.

Confirmation will be done within 48 hours and the transfer status will be updated to "Refunded" as soon as a refund is processed.

Please note that if we do not receive your funds, the refund request will be declined and the transfer status will be updated as "Cancelled". We advise that you engage your financial institution for a reversal If you were debited for the transfer.
