There are three delivery methods available to receive money via the Send App. Please note that delivery methods vary with the receiving country.

Cash pickup:

• When you send money via the Send App using the cash pickup option, your recipients can get the funds physically from any of our designated cash pickup locations nationwide. (This option is currently available in Nigeria only).

Mobile Money:

• Mobile Money wallet is an electronic wallet that allows you to store, send and receive money using your phone number. Send App allows you to send money instantly to mobile wallets in Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Ethiopia.

Direct bank transfer:

• With bank transfer, funds are delivered directly into the recipient’s bank account using their account number.
