1. Eligibility

This offer is open to eligible Send App users who are 18 years and above and legally resident in the United Kingdom, United States, or eligible European countries where Send App is available.

For the United States, the offer is available to users in eligible US states and the District of Columbia, subject to local laws and Send App availability.

Employees of Send App, Flutterwave, its affiliates, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion, unless otherwise stated by Send App.

The offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

The offer starts on August 1st, 2026 and ends on September 31st, 2026.

Only eligible transfers completed within the promotion period will qualify for the discount.

Send App reserves the right to change, extend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time, where necessary and subject to applicable laws.

3. Discount Offer

Eligible users can receive:

• £10 off when they send £100 or more

• $10 off when they send $100 or more

• €10 off when they send €100 or more

with Send App during the promotion period.

To qualify, users must make a transfer of at least:

• £100 for GBP transactions

• $100 for USD transactions

• €100 for EUR transactions

The applicable discount will only be applied when the correct promo code is entered before the transfer is completed.

4. Promo Codes

Users must enter the applicable promo code based on their sending market or currency:

• UK: FLW10UK

• US: FLW10US

• EU: FLW10EU

The promo code must be entered before the transfer is completed.

A discount cannot be added retrospectively after a transfer has been submitted.

5. FLW@10 and Send App Back-to-School Campaign Use

The FLW10UK, FLW10US and FLW10EU promo codes may be promoted across both the Flutterwave @10 and Send App Back-to-School campaigns.

Both campaigns form part of the same promotional voucher offer for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise communicated by Send App, each eligible user may redeem the applicable promo code once during the promotion period, regardless of whether they access the offer through the Flutterwave @10 campaign or the Back-to-School campaign.

A user who has already successfully redeemed the applicable FLW10 promo code will not be eligible to redeem the same offer again through another campaign communication.

6. Voucher Use

Each applicable promo code is valid for one use per eligible user during the promotion period, unless otherwise stated by Send App.

The promo code:

• Cannot be combined with another Send App voucher, discount or promotional code on the same transaction.

• Is non-transferable.

• Has no cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other form of compensation.

• Must be applied to an eligible transfer before the transfer is completed.

7. Eligible Transfers

The offer applies only to completed Send App transfers that:

• Meet the applicable minimum transfer amount.

• Are made within the promotion period.

• Use the correct applicable promo code.

• Meet all other eligibility requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Cancelled, reversed, failed, refunded, incomplete or suspicious transfers will not qualify for the discount.

Send App reserves the right to withhold or reverse a discount where it reasonably determines that a user has breached these Terms and Conditions or participated in fraudulent, abusive or unfair activity.

8. Eligible Destinations

The promotion is available only on eligible Send App corridors and destinations supported at the time of the transfer.

Eligible sending and receiving markets may vary based on product availability, regulatory requirements, currency availability and operational requirements.

Availability of a destination in campaign communication does not override any restrictions displayed within the Send App product at the time a user makes a transfer.

9. Availability

The offer is available for a limited period and may also be limited by:

• User eligibility

• Promotional budget or volume

• Corridor availability

• Currency availability

• Regulatory requirements

• Product or operational requirements

Send App does not guarantee that the promo codes will remain available for the entire advertised promotion period if the promotional limit has been reached or if the offer is changed, suspended or withdrawn.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring that they meet the eligibility requirements.

• Entering the correct promo code before completing their transfer.

• Checking that their transfer meets the applicable minimum amount.

• Ensuring that their participation complies with any applicable laws and regulations in their location.

Send App will not be responsible where a user fails to apply the correct promo code before submitting a transfer.

11. Taxes, Fees and Other Charges

Users remain responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or other charges that may apply to their transfer or participation in the promotion.

The promotional discount applies only as stated in this offer and does not cover unrelated third-party charges, bank fees or other costs that may apply to a transaction.

12. Changes to the Promotion

Send App reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel or extend the offer where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable laws.

Any material changes may be communicated through Send App channels, which may include:

• The Send App website

• The Send App mobile application

• Email

• Push notification

• SMS

• Social media

13. Disqualification

Send App reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Attempts to abuse, manipulate or exploit the promotion.

• Creates or uses multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage.

• Attempts to redeem a promo code more than the permitted number of times.

• Makes transfers that are cancelled, reversed, failed, refunded or flagged as suspicious.

• Participates in fraudulent, abusive or unfair activity.

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions or any applicable Send App terms.

Where appropriate, Send App may withhold or reverse any promotional discount obtained through such activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

Send App will not be responsible for technical issues, network failures, system errors, app downtime, delayed transfers, incorrect promo code entry or other circumstances outside Send App's reasonable control that may affect a user's participation in the offer.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send App will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses arising solely from participation in the promotion.

15. Data Protection

Any personal data collected, accessed or used in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Send App Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the Send App contracting entity providing the service to the user.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights available to users under applicable law.

17. Existing Send App Terms

These promotional Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the existing Send App Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable Send App terms.

If there is any conflict between these promotional Terms and Conditions and the general Send App Terms of Use, these promotional Terms will apply only to this specific FLW@10 and Back-to-School discount offer.

18. General

By using FLW10UK, FLW10US or FLW10EU, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Send App's decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying transfers, discount application and suspected abuse of the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.

The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
